Site Features
Favorites: If you're a registered member and logged in, you can create a list of favorites. Just click on the heart icon in the upper right-hand corner of a video to add or remove that video from your list of favorites.
Looping: Press the "START" and "END" controls to set the loop's starting and ending point. The video will then loop between the start and end points indefinitely, making for some great hands-free viewing. Press the "LOOP" button to turn the loop feature on and off. Right clicking the "LOOP" button changes the loop mode and right clicking the "START" and "END" controls jumps to the start and end points.
Frame-by-frame: When watching a video, on your keyboard press the "shift" + ">" keys to advance forward by one frame, and "shift" + "<" to go backwards by one frame. These keyboard shortcuts allow you to step through a video one frame at a time.
Direct Download: Click the arrow-icon on the video-player bar in order to download a video directly to your hard drive. (Note: This feature is only available for premium-members.)
H-Meter: The h-meter rates how graphic the movie's content is on a scale of 1 to 4, in terms of how weird or dark the movie's plot might be. 1 is the most innocent (vanilla), whereas 4 is the most extreme (hardcore).
How does the premium-membership system work?
Anyone can register a user-account for free and use it to favorite or comment on movies. You can upgrade your account to a premium-membership by subscribing here; it costs $19 per month. You can signup using a credit card, debit card, or checking account.
What do I get for becoming a premium-member?
Access to many more hentai-movies, and the ability to stream them in even higher resolutions. Hentai-movies which are only available for premium-members are marked with a star in the upper-right corner.
How will the charge appear on my credit card billing statement?
It will appear as something like ", 888-5969279, AZ *HMovie-Moe...", since CCBill is the billing service we use and HMovie-Moe is our official name.
Is the purchase secure?
Yes, billing is handled entirely by CCBill, a third-party payment processor--we never see your credit card or contact info at all. Your transaction will be encrypted and processed safely and securely. And after you cancel, you won't be charged again, ever.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel at any time. Login to your account, and then click the "account" link at the top of the page, which will take you to your account page. There you will find your Subscription Number; you'll need that. Click the "Unsubscribe" button in your account page, which will take you to CCBill's support page. Enter your account's e-mail address and Subscription Number. On the next page, press "cancel subscription". You should receive an e-mail from CCBill confirming your cancellation afterwards. If you're having trouble canceling, e-mail us and we'll cancel your account for you.
What happens after I cancel?
After you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you will still have premium-access until your last month expires. So, for example, if you were last rebilled on March 16th, and you cancel on March 22nd, you will still have premium-access until April 16th.
How can I check when my account's next rebill date will be?
You can check it in your account page by logging in and clicking the "account" link at the top of the page. If you have cancelled your account, you can also view the date when your account will expire. (Note that it may take up to 2 hours to update this information after signup or cancellation.)
Why did my membership expire when I didn't cancel it?
This usually happens when your account fails to rebill automatically. This is usually due to an expired credit card, insufficient funds in your account, or your bank simply declining the charges thinking it's a fraudulent transaction. You can consult your bank about the issue or try signing up again, possibly using a different payment method.
How do I change my payment information?
Login to your account, and then click the "account" link at the top of the page. There you will find your Subscription Number; you'll need that. Click the "Unsubscribe" button in your account page, which will take you to CCBill's support page. Enter your account's e-mail address and Subscription Number. On the next page, press "Update Payment Information".
I'm having trouble signing up?
Sometimes non-US customers in particular may have trouble getting their credit-card transaction to be accepted. If you're unable to signup, please contact us with your feedback.
None of the movies on the site work?
This site delivers video via the new HTML5 video format, rather than the more popular flash-video format. Some older browsers may not support HTML5 video, though the latest versions should.
Why isn't this movie playing properly?
If you're experiencing issues with playback, please contact us with your feedback so we can fix the issue.
What resolutions are the movies available in?
240p, 360p, 480p, and 720p, though some higher-resolutions may not be available for certain movies. You can toggle the movie's resolution as it's playing. It's recommended that you use lower-resolutions while viewing the site on a slower internet connection.
Can I view movies on my mobile device?
Yes, you can also enjoy the site on smartphones and tablets. We even plan to release a mobile-app eventually!
How do I change my account's password or e-mail address?
You can change them in your user control panel. Just login and press the "account" link at the top of the page.
What if I forgot my password?
At the login screen, press "Forgot Password". A password-reset e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address, allowing you to change your password.
Can I share my account with other people?
No not really, maybe 1-2 other people. The login-system limits accounts to being accessed by only a small number of IP-addresses, ISPs, countries, and logins per day. Accounts which exceed those limits will be automatically temporarily suspended, to protect your account from being stolen. Too many failed login attempts may also result in your IP-address being temporarily suspended, to prevent hackers from stealing accounts by guessing passwords.

Why are the hentai movies on here censored?
Hentai-movies are produced in Japan, and Japanese law requires that depictions of genitalia be censored. The mosaic-censors were added by the original authors at the time of release, so there's not much we can do about it now unfortunately.
Is this site available in Japan?
No, for copyright reasons you cannot view this site from a Japanese IP-address. Please support your local artists by buying from a Japanese distributor in your region.
Why was [insert title here] removed from the site?
For copyright reasons, we do not list movies which are already licensed for distribution in the US. Please support your local distributors by buying from them instead. We also reserve the right to, for any reason, remove movies from this site without prior notification.
